Katie Keenan scored three goals as the fourth-seeded Lakers (8-5) edged the fifth-seeded Panthers (6-6) in a Class C quarterfinal in Naples.
Mackenzie Siebert, Brianna Sargent and Rebecca Caron each added two goals and Gwen Gagnon made nine saves for the Lakers.
Maggie Hill led NYA with four goals and an assist. Emma Sharpe scored three goals.
