Carlin Galligan scored 4:55 into overtime to give second-seeded Gorham/Bonny Eagle/Massabesic/Fryeburg/Lake Region/Westbrook (13-6) a win over No. 3 Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete/South Portland (11-8) in a South semifinal at USM Ice Arena.

Galligan finished with two goals and two assists. Greta Grant added a power-play goal, and Caitlin Lees gave the Rams a 3-2 lead in the third period, just six seconds before Cape’s Marina Bassett tied it with her second goal of the game.

Libby Hooper chipped in with a goal and an assist for the Capers.
