Kaylani Sinclair found the back of the cage twice for the Falcons (1-3) in a win over the Seahawks (0-4) in Rumford.
Sinclair scored in the second and fourth quarters. Mariya Gammon added a goal in the third quarter. Melina Byam, Ella Young and Abby Jones each had an assist for Mountain Valley.
Falcons goalie Cass Amaral had four saves in the win.
