Mohamed Gabow and Fernando Bengue scored in the opening half to give Lewiston a 2-0 lead at the break. Tegra Mbele added a third goal in the second half.
Mt. Blue’s JJ Greenlaw temporarily cut the deficit to one goal, 2-1, with a second-half goal.
Blue Devils goalie Payson Goyette stopped two shots, while James Stinson made three saves for the Cougars.
