Oscar Martinez scored twice, including a penalty kick in the 88th minute that clinched a victory for the top-seeded Crusaders (16-1) over the second-seeded Panthers (10-3-4) in the Class B North final at Hampden Academy.
Noah Swartz was the goal scorer for Medomak Valley.
John Bapst will face South champion Greely in the state final Saturday at Cameron Stadium in Bangor.
