Ryan Moore and Sean Allen each scored a power-play goal in the first period as the top-seeded Rangers (15-4) built a 4-0 lead en route to a win over the eighth-seeded Rams (0-17) in a Class B South quarterfinal at Family Ice Center in Falmouth.
Gage Cooney finished with two goals and an assist, while Charlie Moore, Patrick Johnson and Landon Werner also scored.
The Rangers will host fifth-seeded Cape Elizabeth on Saturday.
