Stearns 32, Penobscot Valley 30

Alisyn Alley scored 14 points to lead the top-seeded Minutemen (16-3) over the third-seeded Howlers (17-4) in the Class C North final at Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

Mikayla Anderson added eight points for Stearns, which will play Hall-Dale (21-0) in the state championship game at the Augusta Civic Center on Saturday.

Kaya Loring led the Howlers with nine points, followed by Holly Loring with eight and Ellie Austin with seven.
