A NORTH QUARTERFINAL: #7-BREWER VS. #2-OXFORD HILLS

Miah Gallan scored the first goal and assisted on the second as the No. 2 Vikings (12-2-1) eliminated the No. 7 Witches (7-8) in a Class A North quarterfinal in Paris.
Sierra Carson fed Gallan for the opening goal eight minutes into the game, then in the second quarter Gallan took a penalty corner insertion from Carlee-Mae Cash and sent it to Ali Slicer for Oxford Hills’ second goal.
Carson scored unassisted later in the second quarter to round out the scoring. Gabby Wright stopped both shots she faced to secure the shutout for the Vikings.
Emma Look made 11 saves for Brewer, which shut out Oxford Hills in the second half thanks in part to the defensive effort of Jordin Williams and Allie Flagg.
