The fourth-seeded Saints (7-8) advanced in the C South playoffs with a quarterfinal shutout of the fifth-seeded Hawks (6-6) in Auburn.

St. Dom’s outlasted Sacopee Valley 1-0 in double overtime earlier this month, but scoring came easier to the Saints in the postseason matchup, in which all three goals were scored in the second quarter.

Alexyss Bairds opened the scoring with a goal that was set up by Chloe Beachesne. Madeline Andrews’ goal made it 2-0 and Abigail Labonte capped the scoring. Goalie Maia Cote only needed to make one save for St. Dom’s.

Lily Kick stopped six shots in goal for Sacopee Valley.
