Lana DiRusso scored three goals and the top-seeded Falcons (15-1) pulled away in the second half to beat the fourth-seeded Warriors (11-5) in a Class C semifinal at Freeport.
Kate Tracy and Mia Levesque each had two goals and an assist for Freeport, which will play second-seeded NYA in Saturday’s state final. Kiley Webber and Maddie Knight were the other goal scorers for the Falcons.
Caitlin Rooney and Anna Woodward got two goals apiece for Wells. Jess Palmer chipping in with one goal.
