Judd Armstrong had a double-double to lead the top-seeded Navigators (15-4) past the No. 8 Eagles (9-10) in a Class A South quarterfinal.
Armstrong tallied 17 points and 12 rebounds, and Lucas Dilworth added 16 points for the Navigators.
Falmouth played without junior big man Chris Simonds, who broke his ankle in practice earlier this week.
The Navigators will take on No. 4 Westbrook in Wednesday’s semifinals.
Falmouth only led 8-6 after one quarter and 23-19 at halftime, but a 6-0 run to start the second half helped open up a 37-26 lead after three quarters.
Mt. Ararat was paced by Parker Bate with eight points.
