Gabe White had the Bucks’ (3-4) only hit, a grand slam that highlighted the five-inning victory over the Lakers (0-7) in Rangeley.

The rest of Buckfield’s runs were unearned. The Bucks plated two runs in the first, two in the second and put the mercy rule into effect with six in the top of the fifth inning.

Buckfield pitcher Aidan Savage allowed only one hit and one walk while striking out eight batters.

Ryder Sargent had the Lakers’ lone hit.
