Garrett Secord doubled home the tying run in the bottom of the seventh, the scored on a single by Atticus Dixon as the Scots (6-7) rallied past the Stags (3-11) in Standish.
Cheverus grabbed a 2-1 lead in the sixth on an RBI single by Devin Kelly.
Bonny Eagle pitcher Gavin Saucier went the distance, allowing five hits while striking out six and walking none.
John Sprague took the loss despite giving up just four hits.
