The Trojans (10-2) scored nine runs in the sixth inning to get past the Rams (10-3) in Saco.
Carter Moody had two hits and three RBI, Jacob Fish and Brennan Tabor each contributed two hits and two RBI, and Yamato Goto also drove in two runs for Thornton.
Wyatt Nadeau led Gorham three hits, Hunter Finck and Wyatt Washburn each had two, and Cooper Whitehead drove in two runs.
