The Bulldogs pulled ahead with two runs in the top of the seventh to top the Black Bears in Readfield.
Xavier Estes had a double, a single and an RBI for Madison (5-3). Landon Dunham added two singles for the Bulldogs.
Alex Spaulding had three hits for Maranacook (4-4), which got two each from Grant Walters and Will Watson.
