The Hawks (12-1) scored six runs in the first inning and survived a seventh-inning comeback bid by the Scots (5-7) in Standish.
Tyler Hussey and Ronan Garrett each drove in two runs for Marshwood. Garrett was the winning pitcher, allowing one run over five innings, and Hussey earned a save by striking out the only batter he faced.
Brody Donahue had two hits for Bonny Eagle.
