The Red Storm (9-0) scored two runs in the first inning and held off the Tigers (8-2) in Biddeford.
Ryan Shugars and Nate Masters combined on a four-hitter with 10 strikeouts. Shugars struck out seven and walked two in 4 2/3 innings, and Masters earned the save, allowing one hit and no walks while striking out three.
Finn Coburn singled home Cam Wellman and later scored Scarborough’s second run.
Gavin Haggett tossed a three-hitter with 16 strikeouts for Biddeford. Ben Descoteaux had two hits for the Tigers, and Landon Sirois drove in the only run.
