The Raiders pulled out a one-run win over the Phoenix, scoring 10 of their 12 runs in the fifth and sixth innings in Wales.
The Raiders trailed 8-2 before scoring six runs in the bottom of the fifth and four in the sixth.
Carson Morin led Oak Hill (1-1) with three hits, one run and one RBI. Braden New drove in three runs.
Blake Gemelli had two runs, two hits and two RBIs for Spruce Mountain (0-3).
