The Falcons (3-3) scored the go-ahead run on an error in the bottom of the fourth then held on to defeat the Saints (2-3) in Rumford.
Jayden Richard-Gardner hit an RBI double for Mountain Valley to tie the game at 1-1 in second. Josh Pollis also had a double. Pitcher Tyler Warren, who hit two singles, went seven innings, recording seven strikeouts and allowing only three hits to earn the win.
Nolan Cavers’ RBI double put St. Dom’s up 1-0 in the first inning.
Ben Dumais pitched six innings for the Saints, giving up only one earned run and striking out six.
