Quin Gleason put in six goals and set up two others as the Stags cruised past the Tigers in a mutual season opener in Portland.

Matt Paradis and Jack Gentillini each chipped in with three goals. Quinn McCoy scored twice, and Jackson Dube and Nick Dube got one apiece.

Wyatt Labonte and Beau Hubbard each netted two goals for Biddeford, which also got a goal from Xavier De La Torre.
