Audrey Ingersoll had three goals and two assists to lead the Rangers (7-5) over Maranacook/Winthrop (9-2) in Cumberland.
Hadley Hatch added two goals, and Avery Bush, Kelsey Crocker and Kylie Lord also scored.
Cooper Davis led Maranacook/Winthrop with two goals, followed by Emerson Davis, Hadley Farwell, Alice Ferran and Stella Stewart with one apiece.
Liv Clark made 12 saves for Greely. Devyn Eliasen and Willow Woodford combined for six saves for Maranacook/Winthrop.
