Shannah Parsons pitched a shutout for the Mustangs, striking out 12 Phoenix batters and scattering five hits over seven innings in Jay.
Parsons also helped the offense with two hits. Lila Poussard finished with a team-high three hits, Rileigh Chase had two and Isabella Lyons, Riley Smith, Lillian Palleschi and Rileigh Chase each drove in a run for Monmouth (14-0).
Rylee Turner struck out seven batters for Spruce Mountain (6-6) and had one hit.
