Leah Shannon homered and drove in three runs as the Saints (7-3) claimed a big Class D South win over the Panthers (8-2) in Auburn.
Emily Andrews also had three RBI on two hits. Maddie Andrews and Piper Croteau contributed two hits apiece, and Chloe Croteau scored three runs for St. Dom’s.
Maddie Andrews earned a complete-game win with five strikeouts while limiting the Panthers to five hits over seven innings.
NYA pitcher Lily Fortin fanned six in six innings. She also led the Panthers offensively with two hits, including a triple.
