Allison Dattilo and Allison Marines each drove in three runs, the Golden Trojans (8-8) scored in every inning as they ended their regular season with a win over the Mustangs (7-8) in Saco.
Ella Gerrish homered and drove in three runs for Massabesic, which erased a 10-4 deficit with seven runs in the fifth inning. Thornton quickly answered, though, with three runs in the bottom half and four more in the sixth.
Marines reached base five times, going 3 for 3 with two walks and five runs scored. Dattilo, Miya McIntosh and Wako Matsuda each had two hits, and McIntosh, Sophia Bogardus and Tess Frager all had two RBI.
Massabesic’s Ada Tassinari was 3 for 4 with an RBI and two runs scored.
