The Lakers took advantage of eight walks in the first inning to score seven runs en route to a win over the Clippers in Naples.

Abbi Nadeau started the bottom of the first with the first of four straight walks, then hit a double later in the inning.

Haley Hamlin, the winning pitcher, was 3 for 4 with two doubles. Ella Gibbons reached base four times and scored three runs.
