Hannah Cleary hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift the top-seeded Wildcats (18-0) over the fourth-seeded Falcons (12-6) in a Class B South semifinal in York.

Cleary also threw out the potential go-ahead run at the plate in the top half of the seventh.

Piper Catanese and winning pitcher Maren Robinson each hit a two-run homer for York, which will face Medomak Valley in the regional final on Tuesday.
