The Blue Devils (2-8) lost top scorers Natalie Beaudoin and Koral Morin to injuries in the first quarter, which made their matchup with the unbeaten Rams (8-0) in Lewiston even more difficult.
Bangor’s Abbie Quinn was the only double-figure scorer, with 13 points. Carmen Maddix added nine points for the Rams.
Lewiston, which trailed only 7-6 after one quarter, was led by Ella Beaudoin’s five points.
