Abby Bouffard had five goals, including the game-winner just 37 seconds into overtime, and added a pair of assists as the Tigers (10-4) edged the Hawks (9-5) at South Berwick.
Cece Keller added three goals and a pair of assists for Biddeford.
Sarah Theriault led the way for Marshwood with three goals.
Lauren Walker stopped 12 shots for the Hawks, Natiliah Martinez recorded 10 saves for the Tigers.
