Kaelin Gerwig tied the game 9:24 into the third period and Nick Marro got the winner in overtime as the Dragons (14-1-2) rallied for a win over the Rams (7-9) at USM Ice Arena.
Ethan Patterson also scored for Brunswick. Marro finished with a goal and an assist.
Jasper Crane made 39 saves for Gorham, which got goals from Emmit Sullivan and Corliss Ordway.
