Joey Foley rushed for four touchdowns – three in the second half – as the Rams (2-0) pulled away from the Cougars (0-2) in Farmington.
Deering’s Pedro Lombi opened the scoring with a 25-yard run in the first quarter.
Foley made it 13-0 in the second quarter with a 5-yard run, but Mt. Blue answered just before halftime when Klay Dunning threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to Trey Bailey.
Foley then scored from 38 and 23 yards in the third quarter, and went in again from the 1 on the first play of the fourth. A long pass from Tavian Couture to Lombi set up the final touchdown.
