Holden McKenney scored four goals as the Eagles (4-1) rallied from a 2-0 deficit to win in Waterville.
McKenney also scored five goals Tuesday against Belfast, giving him nine in his last two games, according to Erskine coach Carrie Larrabee.
Landon Lefebvre, Duncan Bailey and Emmett Appel also scored for Erskine, while keeper Caleb Gay stopped seven shots.
Ethan Goodrich and Garrett Gendreau scored for Waterville (2-2-1).
