The Rangers (10-7) led by 12 points in the third quarter but needed to hold off a late charge by the Falcons (4-13) at Cumberland.
JT Pound hit a bucket for Freeport to cut the lead to 49-48 with about 30 seconds to play in regulation, but Seamus Raftice sealed the contest for Greely with a pair of free throws in the final seconds.
Faftice finished with 20 points for the Rangers, and Tyler Pettengill added 16.
Pound led Freeport with 16 points, and Connor Smith had 15.
