Owen Tighe scored eight of his 10 points in the fourth quarter to help the Capers (9-7) turn back the Raiders (6-9) in Cape Elizabeth.
Cape used a 20-4 advantage in the second quarter to open a 29-16 lead, then withstood a comeback bid by the Raiders, who closed to within 35-32 after three quarters.
Evan Reeves led the Capers with 15 points, Jake Frame scored 14 and Will Bowe scored 10.
William Hallam paced Fryeburg with 19 points.
