Brody Johnson scored six goals as Traip Academy (1-5) earned its first victory in program history, beating the Raiders (2-3) at Kittery and avenging a loss a week ago.

The victory came about a week after the Traip girls’ team also won for the first time in school history. The programs are in their second season.

Traip scored seven goals in the first half and didn’t allow Fryeburg to threaten after that.

Tucker Johnson added two goals and Makili Matty had the other for the Rangers, and Aram Brewer made key defensive plays in front of goalie Sam Thurnith.
