Nate Hebert incited a dominating start with five first-quarter 3-pointers for the Patriots (5-3) in their victory over the Lakers (5-4) in Naples.
Gray-New Gloucester hit seven treys in the opening quarter, added three other field goals and made all three of its free throws while outscoring Lake Region 30-7 in the period.
Hebert finished the game with six 3s and 26 points. Maxwell Kenney (three 3s) contributed 13 points to the winning effort, and Jay Hawkes scored 10.
Jacob Chadbourne and Jackson Libby led the Lakers with 19 and 18 points, respectively.
