Faith McDougal’s late fourth-quarter goal knotted up the MVC matchup between the Bulldogs (7-5-1) and the Cougars (10-2-1) in Dixfield.

Tori Tibbetts opened the scoring for Hall-Dale early in the second quarter, and Alyssa Ellis scored from Emily Woods to tie the game for Dirigo later in the period. Grace Averill scored off a Libbie Errington assist to give the Cougars a 2-1 lead in the third.

Jade Graham kept the Bulldogs in the game with 27 saves, while Keira Kelley made three for Dirigo.
