Landon Werner notched a hat trick and Evan Dutil scored the go-ahead goal late in the second period as the Rangers (8-2) beat the Blue Devils (5-6) in Falmouth.
Sean Allen’s first career goal, which came midway through the third period, turned out to be the winner after Ethan Blue scored with 2:18 remaining for Lewiston.
The Blue Devils also got goals from Dylan Blue, Cody Dionne and Colton Daniels.
