NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 3, LEWISTON 0: The Panthers (2-4) swept the Blue Devils (2-6) in three sets in North Yarmouth.

NYA won the first set 25-16, the second set 25-22 and the third set 25-23.

Charlotte McLatchy had 10 aces and nine digs for the Panthers. Sally Stronge had nine digs and two assists with teammate Laurel Buehner having seven digs and two assists. Madilyn Onorato led NYA with six kills and Sarah English had three.

Kaitlyn Shannon led Lewiston with nine aces and had six kills while Kenzie Garcia was credited with six aces and three kills. Nadifo Heban had nine kills and Amino Juma finished with seven kills. Kassy Cornejo earned 17 assists in the losing effort.

In junior varsity action, NYA defeated Lewiston in two sets: 27-25, 25-13.
