The Hawks (4-2) rallied for two touchdowns in the third quarter and held on to beat the Blue Blazes (2-4) in Westbrook.

Cody Bubier and Cole Goodwin each scored from the 1 and Dylan Grassi rushed for a 2-point conversion as the Hawks erased a 14-6 halftime deficit.

Westbrook threatened for a tying touchdown with less than a minute remaining, but Gio Staples’ pass to Aidan Taylor on fourth-and-goal from the 5 was broken up.

The Hawks also recovered a fumble to stop a Westbrook drive earlier in the fourth.

After Marshwood went ahead 6-0 in the first quarter, Westbrook scored twice in the second. The Blazes took the lead on a 2-yard run by Staples and a 2-point conversion rush by Gavin Tanner, who later scored on a 55-yard run.
