Will Keach tossed a two-hit shutout with eight strikeouts and had two hits of his own at the plate to help drive the Hornets past the Shipbuilders in Turner.
Noah Carpenter went 3 for 4 with a triple and three RBIs for Leavitt. One of Keach’s hits was a double.
Gabe Aucoin took the loss after starting on the mound for Morse, which held the Hornets to just six hits.
