The Cougars (12-5) took control early, leading 22-10 after one quarter, on their way to a rivalry win over the Falcons (6-9) in Dixfield.
In his senior game, Wyatt Smith scored 14 points and grabbed 16 rebounds for Dirigo. Charlie Houghton paced the Cougars’ offense with 24 points.
Zach New scored 12 points for Mountain Valley.
