Ella Rice had a double and a single while driving in three runs in the Ramblers (3-1) victory over the Falcons (1-3) in Winthrop.
She also had two stolen bases.
Lydia Rice had a triple and Maddie Perkins had a double in the victory. Bella Littler led all Winthrop hitters with three hits, which were all singles. Lauryn Wood struck out eight in the circle, only allowing two runs and two hits in the victory.
Winthrop scored two runs each in the first and second innings, added a run in the third and scored three more times in the sixth.
Mountain Valley scored its runs in the first and fourth innings. Alison Legere pitched for the Falcons.
