Mikayla Wilcox and Kalie Judkins got the Cougars (2-0) going in the first quarter of a road win over the Knights (0-3) in Poland.

Wilcox opened the scoring off an assist from Kensley Malcore. Judkins scored two goals of her own in the opening period, with Summer Sawyer and Wilcox providing assists.

Wilcox also assisted on Lily Huntley’s second-quarter goal.

Freshman goalie Gwen Lesperance stopped the only shots she faced to earn the shutout for Mt. Blue. Addie Michaud made nine saves for Poland.
