The Eagles outscored the Cougars 21-3 in the fourth quarter to claim their first win of the season in Oakland.
Ashley Mullen had a game-high 23 points for Messalonskee (1-15). The Eagles also got eight points, five rebounds and three steals each from Kiera Goldsmith and Candace Pelotte.
K.K. Daggett scored 17 points to lead Mt. Blue, which fell to 2-13.
