Maddie Dow racked up 16 points and nine steals, both team-highs, to lead the Falcons (6-5) past the Raiders (4-7) in Rumford.
Brooke Bennett added 10 points for Mountain Valley, and Layce Boucher and Justice Gendron each had five steals.
Ariana Thibeault scored a team-high 10 points and Aubrey McElhaney had nine for Oak Hill.
