The Rebels avenged a loss earlier in the season by beating the Breakers in Bethel.
Telstar took control earlier, scoring three first-half goals, including two by Cyrus Mills. Mills finished with a hat trick, and Mason Perks contributed a goal and an assist. Maceo Bartlett also had an assist.
Rebels goalie Adam Stephenson stopped all eight shots he faced.
