Katie Gooch, Ashley Connolly and Piper Forgues scored in the first 20 minutes, and the Rams (12-0) shut out the Spartans (6-4-1) in Gorham.

Gooch opened the scoring, then assisted on Connolly’s goal that made it 2-0.

Gorham keeper Katie Martin stopped nine shots, while Sanford’s Sophie Olivo had 10 saves.
