Cole Perkins scored six of his 17 points in the fourth quarter as the Rams (10-6) rallied past Sanford (5-11) at Kennebunk.
Kennebunk outscored the Spartans 11-1 at the foul line in the final period to come back from a 44-40 deficit through three quarters.
Theo Pow led Kennebunk with 18 points. Dylan Gendron scored 16 for Sanford.
