Ryan Thurber went 3 for 4 with two doubles and two runs, and Finn O’Connell drove in three runs with a pair of doubles as the Red Riots (13-2) defeated the Spartans (8-7) in Sanford.
Nolan Hobbs held Sanford to three singles through six innings, with six strikeouts and one walk.
Jack Houle scored three runs, and Andrew Heffernan had two RBI.
