Andrew Perry converted a three-point play with 48 seconds remaining, then scored in the paint with four seconds left to lift Marshwood (13-5) over Westbrook (13-5) at South Berwick.
Perry scored 10 of his 17 points in the final quarter for the Hawks, who led 25-13 at halftime before the Blue Blazes rallied.
Cooper Aiguier added 12 points and Jason Singer had 10 for the Hawks.
Kolby Dunphe led Westbrook with 11 points.
